Yorkshire Lawn & Garden (“we”, “us”) is an independent matching service that connects homeowners in Yorkshire with self-employed local gardeners. You can contact us at yorkshirelawn@gmail.com.
When you submit the assessment form on this site, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: your name, postcode, contact details, and the details of the job (service type, garden size, access, scope, and anything else you tell us in the notes field). We also receive basic technical information from your browser, including your IP address and timestamp, which is included in the quote email for fraud prevention.
We use the information you submit only to match you with a suitable local gardener and respond to your enquiry. We pass the relevant job details on to the gardener we think is the best fit for your postcode and requirements. We do not sell your data, we do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not share it with anyone other than the gardener we pass the job to.
Assessment form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, which delivers them to our inbox by email. Your data passes through Web3Forms’ servers in transit. See their privacy policy for details.
Quote emails are retained in our inbox for as long as we may reasonably need them to respond to follow-up questions or disputes — typically 24 months. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing yorkshirelawn@gmail.com.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you think we’ve handled your data incorrectly. Contact us first at yorkshirelawn@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
This site does not set tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this page.
